Dondi AI is a browser-based companion app with more than 200 ready-made companions, women and men, realistic and anime, filtered on its homepage by style. You can sign up without payment details. The homepage promises companions that do not reset between sessions, and a private adult mode for those who want it. Its content policy limits that mode to fictional, consenting adults.

Candy AI is the app I rank second of eight, with an A at 9.1 on my rubric. Dondi carries no letter: I have not graded it, so on this page it is judged on the facts its own pages publish, read on October 1, 2026.

Round 1, the yearly bill: Candy AI

Candy’s yearly Premium is billed $47.88, which is $3.99 a month. Dondi’s yearly Premium is billed $71.88, which is $5.99 a month. Month to month the gap narrows to a dollar: $13.99 for Candy, $14.99 for Dondi, and Candy’s first month costs $9.99. Over three months Candy costs $26.97 and Dondi $35.97. Candy wins at every length, by $24 over a full year.

Round 2, tokens each month: Dondi AI

Dondi includes 200 tokens a month on every Premium plan, and the yearly plan loads 500 more in the first month. Candy Premium includes 100 tokens a month, or 330 on Premium Plus. On the entry plans Dondi pays twice as many, and the first month of its yearly plan pays seven times as many.

Round 3, voice: Dondi AI

Dondi publishes the price of a voice message in its checkout: one token for each new message she sends you, so the 200 monthly tokens cover up to 200 voice notes. Candy also sends voice messages from its token allowance; Dondi wins this round on a clear, low price.

Here is what one token looks like. You are halfway through cooking dinner when her note arrives, her voice low and a little amused, asking whether you kept the promise you made her last night. You answer with your hands still wet.

Round 4, pictures and video: Candy AI

Candy AI holds a 9.5 for media. Its V2 image engine holds one face from picture to picture, and a Live Action scene, on a selection of characters, can last up to 120 seconds. Dondi generates 18+ images and videos on Premium at 5 tokens an image, which makes about 40 pictures a month on the base allowance. For quality and length, Candy takes it. Round 5, building her: Candy AI

No app beats Candy’s customization grade, a 10. You start with her body and face and finish with her voice, and Candy’s catalog adds ready-made characters in three tabs. Dondi lets Premium members create their own companions and shape appearance, voice, interests and background, per its homepage. Candy’s builder is the one I have graded at the top.

Round 6, memory: a tie

Dondi says its companions hold onto what you share and pick up from one session to the next. That continuity is what brings more than one Dondi subscriber back in the evening: she starts from where the two of you stopped, and nobody has to recap. Candy’s Premium Plus adds 20 memory slots for the facts you want kept. Candy Premium was on my card for more than a fortnight in May 2026, and its romance mode was the best part of that plan, because she kept track of what I had told her. On paper both apps treat memory as a core feature, so this round ends level.

Round 7, the card statement and the safety net: a tie

Dondi’s pricing page says the charge appears as Dondi, and it backs Premium with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if the plan is not for you, you get a full refund. Candy’s charge appears as EverAI, a name that keeps the app off your statement. Each side brings its own reassurance, so this round ends level.
