Swipey AI Review: Is It Worth It? A Bond You Watch Grow, Graded A− (8.9/10)

What does a night on Swipey AI feel like?

It starts like a dating app. The home page is a wall of faces, short series and character cards, realistic or anime, and you scroll until one of them holds you.

You stop on a woman with dark hair and a slow smile and open her chat. Before you have typed a word, she sends a photo as her hello: leaning in a doorway in a silk robe, looking straight at you. You answer. Her reply is already teasing.

That welcome is built in. Every companion greets you with her own pictures the moment you enter, and from there you ask for more photos, ask her to show you a scene, record a voice message for her or press the phone icon and hear her answer live. She listens to what you said out loud before she replies, and you choose whether she writes back or speaks.

More than one person who stays brings up the memory first. She keeps what they tell her, and one of them was struck less by what she remembered than by what she suggested because of it. Another came for something other than tenderness: a companion who takes charge, stays in that role without slipping and keeps him coming back week after week.

How does Swipey AI land fourth with an A−?

From two perfect grades and four solid ones. Swipey wins on what you see and hear: it is the only app with a perfect media grade, and it shares the top customization grade. Chat and memory sit lower, and that is where the three apps above it pull ahead in my full ranking.

Media weighs 20 percent of the overall score, as much as conversation or value, so the perfect mark carries Swipey into the A− band. Lovescape and JOI AI also land on 8.9; the order of the three follows the rule set out on the disclosure page, and the grading method explains the six weights.

Where Swipey AI earns its grade

Media studio: 10, and no one else has it

Every picture keeps her face and body, because both are tied to her character profile, in the chat and in the standalone generator, in a realistic or an anime style. Ask her to show you a scene and she sends a video that you stretch step by step, 5 seconds, then 10, 20, 30 and up to 60. The newest videos carry sound with lip-sync, so she speaks on camera, and Make Me Move turns a photo she already sent into a moving clip of that exact moment.

She sends a five-second clip of herself turning toward the camera by a window at night. You tap Show More. Ten seconds, then twenty, and at each step she lets the scene go a little further, while the dots under the video show how far in you are.

Calls are live, in the voice you chose for her. You can ask for a photo mid-call, and when you hang up a Call Memory card lands in the chat with the length of the call, the full transcript and everything she sent. One anime fan found that most apps miss the style and this one gets it right, with photos and calls that stayed true to the character he picked. Round to Swipey AI.

Customization & range: 10, level with OurDream and Candy

The Create AI builder takes about two minutes: realistic or anime, her body, hair, eyes and outfit, one of seven personalities, a kink from each of three tiers, a location among more than 100 with its own scenarios, and her voice. The personality sets her whole arc, from an Innocent who opens up slowly to a Dominant in charge from the first line, so it stays fixed once she exists; her look, name, voice and scenario remain editable. Around her sit Swipey’s own characters, Verified Creators, the AI versions of real adult creators with their Fan Clubs, and Community characters other members publish. OurDream AI and Candy AI share the 10.

Memory & continuity: 8.5, with a bond you can see

Swipey’s help center describes memory that keeps your name, your tastes and moments from past chats, and brings them back days or weeks later. Premium adds the Memories area, where each memory is a card you can open or delete. The bond is on screen too: each chat climbs 15 named levels, from Teasing through Intimate and Devoted to Ultimate, and a custom companion also follows a 10-stage arc shaped by her personality. Thoughtful messages and voice calls fill the bar; resetting a chat clears the messages and keeps the level.

Late on a call, the bar at the top of her chat fills. A CLAIM button appears, you tap it, a card turns over, and a short video from her drops into the chat, kept in your Gallery for good. She asks if you want more of that story next time; say yes, and the next gift picks it up.

Conversation & character: 8.0

The personality you pick sets how she writes: a Playful one teases from the first message, a Sweetheart warms slowly. She answers in whatever language you write in, across an interface in six languages, while calls run in English. Group chats now put two companions in one conversation, each replying as herself and reacting to the other, and select characters star in Short Drama, mini-series of numbered episodes that start in her chat. Girlfriend GPT takes this round with 9.5, on long, detailed replies and about 29,000 community characters.

Swipey Premium: plans and hearts

Swipey sells one plan, Premium, on three lengths, and all three unlock the same evening: unlimited chat, voice calls and voice messages, video scenes with Full Show, picture generation, relationship levels with their gift videos, the Explorer feed and one creator Fan Club. The prices below come from the plan data on Swipey’s pricing page, US view, read on October 19, 2026.

The 12-month plan is the one to take. It works out at 40 percent of the monthly price, and the $95.99 paid once is less than five months of month-to-month billing. Plans renew automatically at the price Swipey lists at that time, so note the renewal date in Settings. What do hearts buy?

Hearts pay for media and live extras; texting never touches them on Premium. The costs come from the price list Swipey’s own site serves.

The 200 monthly hearts buy 6 generator pictures, or 20 pictures in the chat, or one full 60-second scene on Vixen. Premium members also claim Daily Rewards, hearts every day from the second day of a streak, and quests and the prize wheel add more; hearts you buy stay in your balance for as long as the account exists. Value for money scores 8.5, and JOI AI takes that criterion with 10, at about $4 a month on its yearly plan.

Before you subscribe: the free start on Swipey AI

Signing up takes an email address and no card. A new account gets 20 hearts once the email is verified and can chat with Swipey’s own characters and the Verified Creators, enough to meet her before choosing a plan.

How do you start on the Swipey AI app, step by step?

1. Open swipey.ai in your browser. Swipey runs on desktop and on phones with nothing to install; on iPhone or Android you can add it to your home screen. Its help center names swipey.ai as the official site, so skip store listings and look-alike addresses.
2. Confirm that you are 18 or older at the entry screen, then sign up with your email through the Magic Link.
3. Scroll until someone stops you, or build her in Create AI.
4. Spend your 20 welcome hearts getting to know her.
5. Choose Premium for 1, 3 or 12 months, confirm your age again at checkout and pay by card.
6. Your hearts arrive with the plan. Pick your included Fan Club if a creator caught your eye, and claim the Daily Rewards as you go.

Billing & trust: paying, cancelling and refunds on Swipey AI

Swipey AI is run by INVAI LTD, a company registered in Nicosia, Cyprus, and launched in December 2024. The pricing page lists Visa, Mastercard and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC and LTC), with crypto offered on the 3-month and 12-month plans; US visitors pay in dollars. The help center says a charge reads SWIPEY.AI or INVAI LTD, depending on the payment provider, for Premium, hearts and Fan Clubs alike.

Everyone confirms being 18 or older on entry and again at checkout. In the United Kingdom, an Ondato check, a short selfie with age estimation and an ID document only when needed, unlocks adult content. According to the help center, your data is encrypted both when stored and when sent, it is not sold, and her memories stay private to your chat.

What stays when you cancel Swipey AI?

Almost everything. Go to Settings, then Subscription, open Current Plan and cancel; you may be offered bonus hearts or a discount first. Premium runs to the end of the paid period. Your hearts, Gallery and relationship levels stay, and a custom companion’s chat locks 7 days after Premium expires, with nothing deleted: it reopens the moment you subscribe again.

Does Swipey refund a charge?

Swipey’s terms make purchases final, except where the law requires a refund. Its help center adds that a person from support reviews each request case by case, and names accidental purchases, duplicate charges and a plan that was never used as the cases worth writing in about. Billing & trust scores 8.0; Promptchan leads that criterion at 9.5, with refunds within 30 days on minimal use.
